I am to maintain a loving, fun, safe and responsive environment where children are happy and parents feel assured their child is well cared for.
Some benefits of in-home childcare are having a consistent primary caregiver and continuity of care, having the same primary caregiver throughout the early years of development.
In a small in-home childcare setting, children benefit from more individualized attention, a closer bond with their caregiver, and a calmer, less overstimulating environment compared to large classroom settings. With fewer children, each child receives more personalized care and learning opportunities, promoting a stronger sense of safety and well-being.

I have experience in licensed childcare centers working with all age groups—from infants to school-age children and have served as the director of a licensed childcare facility.

I have experience in licensed childcare centers working with all age groups—from infants to school-age children and have served as the director of a licensed childcare facility.
My background also includes experience in elementary special education and elementary reading tutoring, which allows me to support children with diverse learning needs.
I hold a Level 4 rating through Colorado Shines, Colorado’s quality rating system for early childhood educators.
